Look I know you're busy but I come in, wait patiently until someone has a moment to say hi to me, she asks if I'm on the list, and I politely start to say "No, but do you think you'll have time?" Cuz i came in 50 minutes before closing. I dont even finish half of what I was trying to say and she loudly said "NOPE", *turned on her heel*, and almost stomped back to her client. Never going back to this location.

got my hair cut here a few days ago and i have curly hair it’s important that it’s parted right in the middle when it gets cut and the girl who did my hair didn’t bother to ask if it was parted right or anything so now due to that it’s uneven she was just extremely quiet and barely talked to say the least i will never be coming here again

I love the self check-in. That’s about the only way I can keep up with haircuts for several kids. Solid basic cuts.

Horrible place with horrible staff. We made an appointment, waited til our time. Came in 10 mins early, and CHECKED IN WITH A FRONT DESK GIRL. Told her BOTH of our names (me and my friend getting the haircut). Told her how to pronounce my friends name. She said, "Okay, it'll just be a moment. Please take a seat." So we sat. And watched 4 people walk in and get their hair cut. I got up and asked why we're being skipped. She then said they called my friends name and we didn't come up. My friend is 3/4 deaf. We were both listening our best and NEITHER of us heard their name called. At NO point did the worker come up to the front area and look around and call the name. NOBODY CAME UP FRONT. So she was sitting 20 feet away in the back of the store, whispering my friends name? I didnt even hea
