I've been a frequent customer of the Holt location in Milwaukee, WI for well over a dozen years and have had the Diana cut my hair exclusively the entire time, except on occasion when I'm in a bind and she's not scheduled Emily is there to clean me up. They're both exceptional at there profession. I have no complaints and recommend them without question.

Got my hair cut done about 3 years ago by an African American member of the staff who is still there today, and she did amazing, but I went in today to get a haircut in 3 ½ years. The middle-aged white woman who did it this time gave me a bald spot, then proceeded to make my entire cut uneven and partially shaved at the bottom.

Checked in online so I didn't have to wait very long.

I had a terrible experience with the Great Clips located at 260 W Holt Ave., Milwaukee, WI on Sunday, February 9th. I called at 3:28 PM to inquire about availability for a trim before they closed at 4:00 PM. The employee who answered was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. When I asked if there was availability, she simply said, "Well, we close at 4pm." I asked, "So, does that mean 'No' you don’t have availability?" and she responded with a sigh and a curt "Yup!" before hanging up on me. I was shocked by her behavior, so I called back. She answered with another sigh, and I let her know that because of her attitude, I would never return to that location. Her response was a dismissive "so what," and then she proceeded to loudly cough into the phone while I was speaking. I have never been t
