I went to Great Clips today for the first time because I was looking for a new hair salon. I was warmly welcomed by the manager, who was very polite and friendly. I got my hair trimmed a little and the woman who cut my hair was incredibly sweet and I’m 200% satisfied!! 😍 Super clean place, absolutely amazing and friendly team !! I’m really so happy!!! I get my hair cut at the Mililani shop on Oahu. Kristie cuts my hair. She's the only one I go to. She does a great job and is very personable. Love the shop is always clean.
Took my 10 year old son to get a haircut, a lady was working by herself that day, she gave my son such a bad haircut, that we have to shave his hair off now. He wears his hair longer on top of the head and she just cut random chunks out of the long hair. Very disappointed.
My husband went in and asked for a low fade and the lady shaved all his hair off. I’m beyond upset. We won’t be back👍🏻 he looks like he’s back in basic when they shaved it all off so thanks a lot.
I just got a trim and some layering done, staff was friendly and efficient.
