worst experience i’ve gotten. yesterday the young woman who attended me Kaitlyn i believe, i went for a simple cut and seem like she didn’t even want to take me as if she was forced to do her job???! once we finish she doesn’t even leave my hair straight how i asked and she told me it was to late to fix it WHAT A JOKE it was in the afternoon!

What I love about this is the convenience of the online check in, the superb cutting and styling skills, and the value they provide. I checked in online and was in a chair getting my haircut within 4 minutes of walking in this afternoon. They have a great system. They value your time. I have been a customer for about a year. If you want "world class" service remember Maya. She just getting started in her career and goes the extra mile to serve you! I am a "raving fan" of her work. She has developed incredible barbering and styling skills. She also a terrific conversationalist. Ask her about her High School trip with her grandmother. It is a fascinating story. Have Maya cut your hair and I promise you'll be back. She is that good!

I have had good experiences at locations in San Antonio, Abilene, and Midland. My recent Midland visit was particularly good. I asked for a "bixie" and the stylist not only cut my hair exactly like I wanted, but was very pleasant and went out of her way to accomodate my three-year old great-grandson that was with me.

horrible cuts by maria she’s the manager from that store and clearly she doesn’t know how to do both. so disappointing of how she left my kids and when it’s busy she takes her sweet time discussing to her peers about her boy problems instead of worrying about the cut almost like she’s forgetting why she’s at work! never again

Ruth, I believe was her name, was very sweet! Walked me through the process of going to a butterfly cut (which was a big change from a straight cut and bangs)! She was a great personality and conversationalist.
