horrible, horrendous, awful, can’t think of a worse place to go. my boyfriend went, and every. single. time. the lady with blue hair MESSED HIM UPPPP. one side of his hair was below his eyebrows, and the other side an inch above his eyebrows. me, with no experience cutting hair, had to fix it. how is it that someone with no training, can do a better job than someone that’s BEEN cutting hair. can’t do a normal, half-decent hair cut to save their lives. will NEVER go back.

I came in for trim and shaggy bangs cut. Half way through I realized I was done for because I asked for shaggy bangs and I ended up getting bangs with all the same length. I still left a tip though because my trim was nice. The stylist was constantly telling me how to style it with round brush because she knew she didn’t do what I wanted and now it looks so horrible. Never ever in my life will I be stepping back into this place.

I have (HAD) waist long hair. I came in looking for a trim, and she butchered my hair. She asked if I wanted her to trim my layers, then she started razoring my hair, not trimming the layers. Way too short. She also didn’t wash half my head, and didn’t wash the shampoo and conditioner out all the way: When my hair was snarly after the bad shampooing, she just ripped through it, instead of starting at the bottom. Horrible. But I still left a tip. If you have long hair, be careful, because an inch isn’t just an inch at this place:

My normal Barber had a family emergency and I needed a haircut before Christmas, I would recommend Great clips in the future.

I had my 11 year old son in to this location today. The girl who did his haircut did such a botched job I had to have her correct the haircut only for it to look terrible still. My 11 year old has been crying since we left. It’s horrible uneven and not faded at all. Literally the worst haircut I’ve ever seen done.
