Excellent service at this location. Tonya was very helpful in fixing my hair after having it cut at a different GC location.
They did my son DIRTY. My mom took 2 of my kids to get their haircut and brought inspo pics (super easy haircuts) and she completely shaved his head! Right before we leave for vacation too. My older son’s hair looks good. Different people cut their hair. I was told the lady who cut my younger son’s hair was in a huge rush since she was apparently getting ready to leave. If you can’t take 10-15mins to cut somebody’s hair CORRECTLY, maybe get a different job 😘 (first pic is what was asked for. 2nd pic is the haircut she gave him)
Every time I've been here for my son's hair cut there is only one Stylist. I've waited for over an hour and the online check in service never works. If there are 10 chairs available, why is only one person working each time? Update: I was waiting for over an hour for my son's turn. When it came our time for the Stylist she skipped up and went to the next person in line who checked in online. The store was closing early due to the lack of air conditioning and we had to leave due to her skupping us. A customer who has patiently waited for over an hour should not be skipped due to some online priority. Completely unprofessional and I will not be back.
Location is incorrect, also can't get a haircut by walking in. They want you to check in online. If you don't you will wait for hours. I've tried twice. Going somewhere better. Good luck!
Worst on their time.they have sign on door says open at 8 am to 8 pm. And walk in 2 days staright to the saloon at 7:55 and 7:50. Also i signed in online 2 days in row.but 1 st day door was closed and today dec 17 the door was ooen i walked in but they said they not accept any walk in .but i said i have online check in. I am not walk in.but they refuse to cut my hair and just say sorry. The whole point behind this why do have a sign on ur door says closed at 8:00 pm if u not taking customer at 7:56 .its Ridiculous. Here is the sign posted on door by them.
