I asked one of the stylists to cut my bangs EXACTLY like a picture I had shown on my phone, and it was certainly not complicated. I've cut my own hair myself at home and gotten the desired look, and other stylists have easily replicated it. My bangs are halfway up my forehead after getting my hair cut at this place. I cried in the bathroom the rest of the night and had to order fake bangs on amazon. I look like Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka and want to die going out in public now. My friends are laughing at me, and people are telling me my haircut was botched after showing them what I wanted. I hate this so much, and I can tell that my husband thinks its messed up too. This is the only place my son will go for a hair cut. Tracy has been cutting his hair for years. He absolutely adores her. Monday evening, Tracy wasn't the here, so my son allowed Dreama to cut his hair. He liked her and his cut.

Thank you so much Great Clips Martinsburg! As a balding pedagogue it is often difficult to find a place willing to cut hair as thin as mine. Thankfully the team here has always treated the angel hair pasta on my head with much care and given it just the fluff it needs to look vibrant for all my concerts and whimsical music lessons for the little beautiful kiddos. I cannot thank the team here at Great Clips Martinsburg enough. Sports Clips, down the street is inferior and refuse people such as myself who have experience balding and degenerative hair production. To my friends at Great Clips Martinsburg, keep up the legendary service and good work you do.

Steer clear! Only went here because my hairdresser closed. I had long hair past my shoulders. Asked for it to hit my shoulders with long layers. Lady said she had 38 years experience and that i was in good hands. She chopped my hair! Not only was the back uneven, but one side was shorter than the other, with layers that went to only 3"-4" long, while the other side was down to the middle of my ear. It looks like a child cut my hair with dull scissors. Now I have to pay more at another salon to have it fixed.

My boyfriend and I both went here and got haircuts, happened to have the same stylist. Not only did she cut my boyfriend’s hair FAR shorter than he wanted, but she completely disregarded what I wanted done to my hair and did what she wanted to do instead. She was rude, dismissive, and judgmental. Will not be coming back here - sorry
