I requested a simple haircut, in the same style that is in my profile at Great Clips The stylist on duty (Julie) ruthlessly chopped my hair, never asking if I liked what she did, except for shaving down the hair on my neckline. I am never going back to this place, my haircut is far shorter than I expected and looks nothing like what I wanted. 😡🔊🚫❗

Checked in online with the website informing me I will be called when the wait became shorter. It was an estimated 73 minute wait. So I waited about 20 minutes and when I showed up, they informed me that my name was taken off the list because I "waited too long" the staff was friendly and everything but I think a degree of frustration is understandable when I took all the steps they require and they didn't do the other half. As long as there isn't that much of a wait it is a decent place to go for a low price. Just dont expect them to actually call you if the website says they will. Go when it's not busy and you'll get a simple haircut with no hassle. Just seems they are a bit disorganized.

Great clips that I went to here in California is really good. The place is clean and the lady who cut my hair was very professional.I usually go to Great Cuts in San Antonio that's where I live. Great clips can track your haircuts to the computer system so it gives the person who's cutting your hair and idea what she needs to do. Great idea. I highly recommend

Date: 11/13/2023 Title: A Hair Salon Nightmare: A Scathing Review I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Great Clips Muir Station, and I feel compelled to share my dismal encounter with the world. I’ve been going to this place for over 7 years. I’ve noticed a lot of turnover recently but wasn’t prepared for the cut I experienced. From the moment I stepped into the salon, it was evident that I had made a grave mistake entrusting my hair cut to their supposed expertise. First and foremost, the stylist was pushing me through this hair cut like the building was on fire and she had to get out. She continued to clean the shears with disinfectant right by my face. As she began to use the shears, it just tore and ripped through my hair, scraping and cutting my scalp and neck.
