If nightmare has a name, its Cemeka! ...this woman is highly unprofessional with a rude attitude. She totally forgot that customers are not her close friends and she must treat them well. She is so disrespectful to tell you, your hair is disqusting, she makes faces at you, she chew a chewing gum right next to your head with open mouth, she takes cover off before she should show you haircut in back of your head and her bad attitude ends with comment “I am done with you!”, ... she got a tip, even she behaved horribly and her answer was “whatever”... I dont want to see her over there anymore! Very bad experience!

I received the absolute worst hair cut of my life at Great Clips Merchant’s Exchange. I wish I were exaggerating but I am truly devastated by the current state of my hair. My ‘stylist’s’ name was Ashley. She asked me what type of cut I’d like. I told her I wanted my hair to be shoulder-length. I also asked for a little bit of shaping in the front around my face, with the shortest layer at chin-length and the longest layer at shoulder-length. She asked me if I wanted those layers all the way around and I said no, that I wanted my hair one length, shoulder-length, all the way around and only the layers in the very front to shape my face. Walked in still mad about waiting at other location. Got taken back right away. Absolutely love my haircut. Thank you Veronica. Looks like i'll be driving an extra mile past my usual Great Clips just to see her.

The haircuts are fine providing you get someone who's been there a while. The reason for only 3 stars is they try to upsell you every time you go there. "Hmmm, do you use conditioner regularly? Your hair is kind of dry. We have this product here that could help..." When I tell them that yes I do use a conditioner regularly, and it's their conditioner, they stop trying to sell me. It's super annoying so I go there only when I can't get into the Merchant's Exchange Barber Shop. Too bad.

Worst haircut ever! I told the lady not to cut it too short around my crown and she cut it down to 1/2”! She also didn’t make the correct part before trimming my bangs. The day after I had to go to another barber and they thought a family member tried to cut my hair. Her license on the mirror had a piece of paper covering up the bottom which probably means she didn’t even have a license.
