My review was a two star before, I go here for convenience. I changed it to 1 today. One girl didn’t have much experience, messed up my hair which happens, GM came to fix it, which was super cool. GM cut the necklace off from around my neck with the clipppers, they had been given to me by a friend whom is now deceased and it has not been removed until today. The GM, didn’t offer a single apology. Simply mentioned how shocking it was. I’m absolutely appalled by every minute i spent inside of this building today. I will never set foot inside of another great clips again. This was a mess.
My daughter got her hair cut here today and she has thin hair that breaks easily. She wants to grow it long so bad but she just needs regular trims. LOVED the stylist she had & wish we knew her name she was WONDERFUL. She explained products to help her and ones that don’t and why. She cut and styled her with curtain bangs which she loved and it was a great experience overall. I so appreciate her kindness and thoughtfulness .
Great service. My son had a haircut 💈 and he was able to relax. The stylist had quick reflexes when he unexpectedly turned his head while she was holding a trimmer. Online reservations highly recommend! I recommend this Great Clips.
Was able to schedule on line for 20min later.frove there walk in. Got cut by friendly person.
I was very satisfied with my haircut and also the young lady was awesome
