Great Clips

We stopped by Great Clips from out of town for a last minute haircut. We had a family emergency and needed to attend a funeral and are from FL. There was no wait which was great. The cut was for my husband and they trimmed his beard was too far up because they messed up the sides and needed to take more off. Not that big of a deal. They cut and styled his hair and off we went. Until tonight. He showered out the gel and combed it. This is how his “bangs” were left. Completely in disarray and no where near even! And it’s not like we could go back and ask them to fix it since we went straight home after a long day grieving. Now we have to fix this because it’s not something that can just be left to grow out with it being so bad.

The last 4 times I’ve had services done it happened to be with different stylists. However the last appointment I really didn’t feel I got a thorough cut. But she was very friendly and efficient.

Matthew was perfect! This is my second cut with him and he always makes me feel like a rock star, when I leave!!

It was pathetic for real her name was Donna and I went for hair cut and beard trim but she ruined both seriously it’s totally not professional I am going in this great clips for years never had this kind of bad experience and she was more worried about her next customer and not focused on my haircut

Daniel did an awesome job for me a few days ago and Rhonda operates an outstanding operation!!! Keep it up
