Jackie Pineda was recommended to me from a family member . Who is very knowledgeable of cutting children’s hair so I took my grandson and Jackie worked her Magic. Terrible experience. They turn me and my sons away. I called 30 minutes before they closed to ask if they would take us when we arrived in 15 minutes. When we arrived 15 minutes later they turned us away not honoring their commitment. Customers come second here. nobody admitted they talked to me on the phone and blamed it on the receptionist.
