Great Clips

While everyone was very friendly, the service wasnt to my liking at all. I had brought in a reference photo and I know that it won't exactly look like the photo but I didnt expect for my hair to be botched completely. Uneven cuts to the point that a hat and a possible wig or extensions is now required to cover the mess until my hair grows back. While again, everyone was very friendly, I still won't be returning to pay almost 30 bucks for a botched hair cut, its incredibly disappointing that a hair dresser says they can do a hair cut and then not do it. Please train your dressers to be truthful about what they can and cant do.

I used to go to the location off of West Lane Road, but after multiple terrible experiences I tried this location instead. I would definitely recommend this one over the other. The staff here are actually kind, respectful, and efficient. I solely go for haircuts and they are always great and what I asked for. I've worked with multiple different hairdressers from here and they've all been great. If you are like me and live close to each location, I would without a doubt say this Great Clips is the one worth spending your money at.

I went to Great Clips with an unfortunate situation with my hair. I was desperate and needed help. Bridget took the time to meet with me two times in a day, first to come up with a plan, and second to act on that plan. She took the time to explain and educate me on all of my options and the pros and cons to each. Bridget, I can’t thank you enough for turning a scary situation into a hairstyle that suited me and I love! You completely restored my confidence. Thank you again for taking the time with me.

I asked for a specific haircut. The puffy way the stylist brushed it out, I thought I got what I asked for. When I washed it the next day, I was VERY disappointed. The cut is choppy, and extra long where it should be short. I am not happy with the service I paid for, and I gave the poor stylist a $3.00 tip, which she didn't deserve.

Salon was cheerful and clean. My stylist was very pleasant and did a great job.
