I don’t normally go out of my way to write negative reviews. I didn’t even write a review when my florist messed up my wedding flowers because I felt bad disrupting her business. However, I feel compelled to write this one because I can’t stop crying. I’ve been to this location several times over the years with no issues. I believe my stylist was named Michelle this time. I just started feeling like myself postpartum and wanted to have a nice haircut. My hair was almost halfway down my back after growing it out for several years. I asked for a long wolf cut, which I have had multiple times before and have that it cut done that location with no issues. I did say cut off what you need to, but I emphasized to her to keep it as long as possible. My hair does not have any dye or chemical treat

Absolutely terrible. They completely butchered my son’s hair. They destroyed his hairline and when we asked for a refund them promptly told us no and too bad. Lady had a bad attitude the whole time she cut him and had a nasty attitude when her mistakes were brought up. Terrible place. Terrible attitudes. Disgusting treatment and behavior. I asked for it short. Not to mess up his hairline.

Absolutely terrible. From the second my teen sat in the chair, the stylist had a miserable attitude. She did not speak one word to him the entire time, cut his hair with one hand, and never once asked what he wanted or if anything needed to be fixed. So unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

I've been going here for 15 years! Now i bring my grandson for haircuts. They do a great job.

Desire cut my hair yesterday and I've never had anyone give me such a pleasing style. I'm going to keep it up and continue with her!!! She listened to what I wanted and also helped me with the proper cut for my curly hair type. I've NEVER been so extremely satisfied. I recommend asking for her!!! I'll be bringing my son too her as well because he's also hard to make happy. I have the utmost confidence that he will also be pleased. Ty hun for making my day, month and smile brighter!!!
