Great Clips

This store is very hit and miss. I have had great experiences and haircuts, but have also had times like today, where my stylist was unable to do a fade correctly. After pointing out where mistakes were, and the glaring uneven spots, they were struggling to fix it so I just gave up. Luckily, Great Clips will let you go to another store to fix the haircut for free.

Absolutely love coming here! My stylist Katie is amazing—she’s not only incredibly talented at what she does, but also brings the best energy to every appointment. She’s funny, upbeat, and just makes the whole experience fun from start to finish. She really listens to what I want, offers great suggestions, and always nails the cut. I leave feeling confident and refreshed every single time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who’s both skilled and a joy to be around!

Katelyn was amazing as always. She is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and did an amazing job. She also kept the conversation going the whole time and really made my kids and I feel welcome. She is truly an asset to your establishment.

Sometimes they send a coupon to your email for $7.99 haircuts, I like Lancaster location better than Pickerington. I try to use same few people only. I’ve only been unhappy once, she still works in Pickerington. Older lady with glasses. Not a fan of her abilities tho fade. And i always tip well, $10-$20. They are on their feet for the whole shift and don’t make a decent hourly wage so the more they get to cut the more they make. Not a fan of app, times always wrong. But I will continue to be a customer.

Bro. I don’t even know how to start this. I walked in with a head full of dreams and walked out looking like a failed Minecraft skin. 😭 I showed them a picture. A SIMPLE picture. Clean fade, sharp lines, little bit off the top. Easy, right? Tell me WHY I left looking like I lost a bet in a group chat. She hit me with the clippers like she was speedrunning a lawnmower challenge. Whole cut took 6 minutes flat. I blinked and my hairline was in another zip code. She spun me around like “All done!” and I almost fought the mirror. 💀 My fade? More like a blurred mess of confusion and disappointment. My edges? Crooked like a villain origin story. My confidence?
