Old barber woman had an attitude before I even got seated, asked her to cut my sideburns shorter after she had cut them (didn’t know it was such a problem asking for a modification mid cut), she then proceeded to complain to me how they’re technically closed now ? How is it my fault you can still check in on the website 30 min before close? Change your website and complain to hr instead of the customers. Would not be coming back again

Worst haircut ever… that guy intoxicated or something he can’t even understand what I am saying and he just cut however he likes. And I have to say every single direction on how to cut. I would have better cut my hair myself better than him. He didn’t clean up after cutting didn’t comb and even deleted my coupon that was in my email that I had at the counter and acted like he didn’t do so and I had to pay full price despite having coupon. Worst place don’t ever go to this guy.. please avoid this location… they don’t even know what they are doing my hair is now all messed up and I have to go to another salon to get it fixed.

Fantastic service! Stylist understood my hair and made sure to communicate what she heard me say I wanted. She shared her knowledge about how certain products would affect my type of hair as she shampooed my hair. She also explained the kind of cut & the expected result to achieve the look I wanted. I will be back! I love the cut!

I've been going here for a while, but I'm not going back. Depending on who you get, it's very inconsistent. My last haircut was horrible and uneven, taking 5 minutes, which is crazy fast. The stylist started by saying she didn't understand the notes in the system, which no one has ever told me before. Not to mention, they're not my notes, they're theirs. It's too bad, because some of the stylists are great, but they've hired too many bad ones who just don't know what they're doing or don't seem to care. I'm usually a great tipper too, but I'll be taking my tips elsewhere. Update: After emailing the customer service team I received a call from the location owner. She was very kind and apologetic, even offering for me to come back so they could fix the cut. She mentioned I could request on
