Great Clips

Great Clips Lincolnton store is very good. Staff service is good. I had been there for haircut. Laura helped me. She has done the job exceptionally!!! She is very good at customer service. She is in service since last 27 years which is magnificent!!! Appreciate Great Clips to have such good staff! Making customers happy is one of the best qualities I see at this store. Store General Manager also very good. She looked into the issue and fixed immediately. I appreciate!! Overall it’s worth visit store!

I am beyond disappointed and upset with my haircut. It's been 3 days and I can't stop crying every time I look in the mirror. How does asking for 2 inches off of dry hair turn into 4 inches with uneven layers??!! Her sections were non existent, she took off way more in the front and didn't even cut it straight in the back. She couldn't even make the part straight before she started cutting! I'm a hairstylist with my own salon in Huntersville and am seriously considering reporting her to state board it was that bad. All I wanted was a simple dry trim while I was on maternity leave to feel better about myself and look halfway decent. Now I feel even worse about myself thanks to someone who clearly needs to go back to school and has no business touching anyone's hair until they do!!! Thank yo

Wanted a certain look and length. Stylist must’ve not listened to a word I said, or probably didn’t care. Cut the sides way too short contrary to the FOUR pictures I showed her. Won’t be allowing her to touch me again, will probably find a different place that will actually listen.

I needed an impromptu hair cut this evening and my normal girl, Morgan she is great) was not available. So I see Michelle, I came in hot too, “I need a good fade who can do it best.” Michelle had overcame my hesitation before I even got to her chair, so much so that I eventually was like this is what I like, make me look good. And let me tell you she did not disappoint. The conversation was on point, we cut up had a ball. && I look fantastic. Thanks again Michelle, 10/10 would recommend.

Great clips more like bad clips. The young lady that cut my son's hair today let me give u a bit of advice. Don't cut hair. I mean do not ever cut hair at all. I don't know who taught u how to cut hair but please I mean for God sake don't cut hair.
