Great Clips

I scheduled my brother walk in on line and we walk in the store. the black lady at the first booth on the left walked up to counter. and ask me what do i need. i said i check in online. she said i need a phone number. i sad i check in online why do you need a phone number. it should not matter. she said she need one. i said why do you need that i check in online. she said because i need to create you an account. i said no i check in online. she said no i need a phone. we stood there go back and forth for about 15 mintues then she finally just click my name on the computer and check me in. she was very rude and impolite. this is your job if you don’t like go find something else to do. all she could have done was explain to me why she want my number so bad. everyone else was nice and polite

April did such a great job on my hair and my son’s hair! She asked me a lot of questions to make sure she knew what we wanted. She took her time, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I also love that she pays attention to detail. Her personality is very introverted, but she was very nice and professional. I’m actually glad she didn’t talk my head off! I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews, we always come to April and always have a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

I have never had my hair done professionally EVER, and April is the first person I’ve let touch my hair. She gave me an AMAZING experience, she made me feel comfortable and listened to my opinions and questions before moving forward at every step. She did an absolutely fantastic job on my hair and I honestly don’t want to go to anyone else ever again. She was wonderful, if you come to this salon, request APRIL!!!

Normally we have a good experience here, but today made me not wanna go back. My husband got his haircut and the lady that did his was great and nice. My 7 year old got his haircut by some girl with pink hair and piercings (which all of that is okay, just describing her since I didn’t get her name) but she literally was the rudest person ever. I guess when I walked away, he moved his head or something and he said she told him “what are you doing bro”. I noticed that when he would slightly move his head AS 7 YEAR OLDS DO. She would stop and look at him like he was so stupid. Girl if you see this review. DO BETTER, or get a different job. Not to mention his hair is so crooked its not even funny.

My experience at Great Clips was amazing!. Noel and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Mira was exceptionally helpful! I will definitely go back again
