Great Clips

I have had three different ladies cut my hair, and they are all great. It was easy to get online to make an appointment and little wait time after arriving. I also got th e $9.99 cut for them sponoring the College Football Palyoff games.

When I parked the app said my wait time was 8 min. By the time I got to the door it went to 19 min. I ask how does that happen. There was no good explanation. When I first checked in wait time was 44 min. I planned my trip accordingly. Merry frustrating to have to change plans.

Probably one of the worst haircut I've ever had. Used scissors on some of the left side, barely touched the top and for some reason used electric clippers on right. Said didn't want my hair sticking out. BAD, I will not be going back.

I was in here recently for the first time and had Stevie as my stylist. She was fantastic & listened to what I was wanting. I will definitely be back to this location to see her!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Terri needs to either retire or take hospitality lessons, you do NOT bad mouth your customers in front of other customers. Cutting hair for 45 years yet can’t manage to blend layers.
