Great Clips

I’ve been here twice and honestly this last time yesterday I was very disappointed. The woman who cut my hair had an attitude, and was not pleased to watch the video I showed for my hair cut. I left with wet hair and messed up bangs when I asked for a cut that would blend. After showing someone a cosmo school video I figured from their own cosmo school training/the video it’d be easy enough to follow the directions but alas- it was not. I’d honestly love to get my money back because I did not get what I asked for as well as suffered more damage to my hair when she raked through it wet with a fine tooth comb after she washed it from root to end. Again, with her training she should know you brush ends to root to avoid creating more split ends/breakage. It was honestly like a child had been p

Checked In for 45 minutes. Went to location and the employee took me out of the system as I walked in, she re checked me in and I asked “How long?” Just a few minutes… Waited patiently for 10 minutes and then another cx walks in and gets taken before me. Not honoring her mistake and making me wait again. She lied to me. It’s very frustrating given I was respectful and patient and took the necessary steps to ensure I could still get my haircut on time and not lose my spot in line. This has been an on going theme at this great clips specifically. Do not get your haircut at this Great clips.

Ive never hated my hair more. I asked for a trim and she just picked up pieces and chopped, she didn't even really portion it... And the end result is a grandma hair cut on a 38 yo girl :( Worst part is the other people were taken back before me but I was long gone before any of them were done. Def not returning. If people don't care about their job they should just quit.

I really love this place! My stylist did exactly what I wanted and the fade she did for me looks really good! She did very well and I give this great clips a 5 star rating because they were friendly and helpful too! This is a haircut that's definitely worth the 20 dollars.

Not happy I went in for a hair cut had a reference picture and everything and my hair was still cut WAAYYYYY to short. I look like a cancer survivor regrowing my hair after chemo. It looks nothing like the picture i brought in. Im so upset and dont want to take my hat off.
