Great Clips

My fiancé and I went here for our haircuts and mine was great but hers is completely lopsided. Her haircut was done in half the time as mine. Her hair was not wetted down prior to her haircut so that may have been a factor. One side is about 0.5-1 inch longer than the other when in a middle part. Mine was great and I have no complaints. I wish the hair stylist took more time with hers to ensure it was even and level. We’ve never had a hair stylist not wet down the hair prior to cutting. Very disappointed and will have to fix at home. Paid $42 in total before the tip.

I went in for a simple blowout. It was known that my hair has texture. I was assured it would come out fine even though they dont even carry products for blowing out wavy/curly hair. I usually can go into a salon and my hair is silky smooth and the blowout will last me 5-7 days. It was blamed on me needing a trim but I know from experience its not true. I just got a trim a month ago and if that was the case then would it not just be my ends looking a bit frayed? I could tell it wasnt right when I got up from the chair. Its been two and a half hours and my hair hasnt even lasted the night. Absolute WASTE of my money and time. If you cant do something dont do it. And what salon only caters to straight hair? Doesnt even carry BASIC products for a smooth blowout. It looked like when I try doin

They don’t answer the phone when you call to inquire what the current wait time is. When I drove down there and saw it was a 30 minute wait I was also advised you can’t call in and make an appointment. You can only do it online. It’s really inconvenient to not be able to make an appointment over the phone or to just find out how long wait time is by phone. To provide better customer service you should change the policies. I ended up going to a different Franchise haircutting place and got a great haircut and I didn’t have to wait at all

Used to go elsewhere and the person I was used to moved away. It’s always hard for me to find a new stylist that I can trust. But came in today and Kayla was absolutely great! She took her time and did exactly what I asked for. Very happy and will definitely be back.

I checked in on-line and was seen promptly when I arrived at the salon. Kayla greeted me by name when I walked in, was pleasant as usual, and knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut. I am always very happy with the service I receive from Kayla,
