We loved our haircut with Olga. She was very kind and down-to-earth. I highly recommend her. It was our first time coming here and we loved it. The only thing I could mention is that there was an employee sitting down just watching me — or maybe watching the lady who was cutting my hair — and it made me feel uncomfortable because she wouldn’t stop staring.

I always have Estrella cut my hair for me. She is very good at cutting hair. I always leave very satisfied! Thx so much Estrella!

Took my brother to get a haircut and the stylist did not do a good job. Asked for a fade and she left it looking like stairs where she did not know how to fade the cut. If your stylists are licensed and we as customers are paying for a service , we expect honesty from the stylist and if they don’t know how to do a cut just tell them. Had to take him to another place to get the haircut fixed after they charged me there for a situation which became a headache.

If you want your hair to get messed up and for them to cut your hair however they want. Definitely come here.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Great Clips. The stylist I had did not seem knowledgeable about modern men’s haircuts, which was already frustrating. On top of that, there was a major communication barrier — most of the staff only spoke Spanish, and since I don’t speak Spanish, it was impossible to explain what I wanted. Because of this, my haircut was completely messed up, and I left unsatisfied. Between the lack of English communication and the poor haircut, I won’t be returning. Unfortunately, Great Clips has lost a customer.
