Great Clips

Visited Great Clips at 4797 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, FL, and had an outstanding experience. Karen was the stylist who cut my hair, and she set the tone immediately. When I walked in, she offered me a shampoo. That may sound simple, but in all my years visiting Great Clips locations, that has never happened before. I said yes, and I’m glad I did. She asked about my hair type, chose a shampoo specifically for it, and washed my hair twice with real care and attention to detail. Nothing rushed. Nothing generic. It felt intentional and professional. The haircut itself was excellent. Clean lines, even blend, and strong attention to detail. Over the next few days I’ll be watching for flyaways, sticky oddities from product, or any surprise pop-ups, but walking out the door

I came in as a walk-in needing a simple fade for an important family event (my daughter's wedding). I was assigned to Tamie, She said she was also a 'barber.' Despite this assurance, the fade was horribly executed: uneven on one side and a hard, unblended line on the other. The quality was so bad I had to have my daughter fix it on her wedding day. A walk-in cut should still be professional—Tamie's work was far from it. Do not recommend.

Tamie took care of me and did a wonderful job. I got a shampoo and a cut. She took her time with the shampoo which was very nice. Her consultation was also really good in that she listened to what I wanted and then made some suggestions based on my hair type. The cut she did was exactly what I wanted and she showed me how to wear it a couple of different ways!

I’m very unhappy with the buzz cut I received today at Great Clips. I asked for a simple, clean buzz cut, but the stylist, Ilia, completely cut my sideburns off without asking. That alone was frustrating, but it gets worse. After the haircut, I developed an itchy rash on the back of my neck that I did not have before the appointment. It’s uncomfortable and concerning enough that I may need to see a dermatologist for treatment. This raises serious questions about clipper hygiene, technique, or irritation caused during the service. A basic buzz cut should not result in unwanted changes to facial hair or a painful skin reaction. This experience was disappointing and uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning. I would not recommend this location unless they improve attention to detail and hygie

I have been getting my haircut from Tammy for awhile now and she does an awesome job. Tammy listens to what I want and takes her time to make sure my hair is cut to my satisfaction. I can’t thank her enough! I also recommend all of my friends to her because everyone is always complimenting me on how beautiful my hair looks. I highly recommend Tammy and Great Clips!!! Thank You
