I went in yesterday for a simple trim, but unfortunately my experience started off on the wrong foot. The stylist I was initially paired with seemed to have a bad attitude from the moment I walked in. She didn’t seem interested in helping me, and her demeanor made me feel like cutting my hair was an inconvenience. I asked for a dry cut since I was on my lunch break and didn’t want to return to work with wet hair, but every time she asked a question and I answered, she looked confused and questioned my response. Eventually, another stylist kindly stepped in and finished the cut, since the original stylist stated she didn’t have the tools to feather my bangs into the rest of my hair. The girl who cut my hair was very nice but she absolutely butchered it. I had waist length hair that hadn’t been cut in years and I wanted a simple style of shoulder length with layers. They ended up completely uneven, looking like I had a shelf and my hair was not even cut evenly. I had to go to an upscale salon to fix it and can’t believe I paid to ruin my hair. Won’t be going back. Probably a fine place for men’s haircuts but not for women’s styles. Lesson learned. Go for quality right away and don’t waste your money.

Nothing but good things to say about this location. I always use the app to check in, which works seamlessly. I'm always welcomed promptly, usually don't have to wait, and am treated with friendliness and respect. The haircuts are no-nonsense but perfectly competent; I've been through a few styles and worked with all the cosmetologists here, and it always turns out great. They're not out to be creative - it's best if you know what you want, and they'll do it right.

I called in to make sure that they honored coupons and was told yes. Got a hair cut and went I went to pay they said they didn’t honor other location coupons. I don’t mind them not taking the coupon but do mind when they say yes at first and then they don’t accept it.
