This place changed my mind on great clips forever. Last month checked in online got to location and they informed me now I'm checked in and still wait for 20 mins. Today went in only 1 person ahead and then they started using mobile check in again and moved everyone ahead of us. Pick a lane and stay there. Use your policy's and consistency
I have been getting my hair cut here for a very long time and today I received the worst treatment ever. Checked in on line and when I got there someone asked if I had signed in on line and I said yes and gave my name. After being skipped over numerous times I asked what was going on and an employee was rude and said you nobody knew you were in the building. They did not check me in when they should have then treated me badly because of it. Acted like she would do me a favor and cut my hair. No thanks.
I bring my elderly parents here for their haircuts every other month. The staff here are so kind and cheerful. My parents always leave with beautiful hair and I smile on their faces!
Always pleased with my haircuts except for the last one. Was not as neat this time. I have places that don’t lay down as they should.
Great haircut and friendly staff! I’ll definitely be back
