Great Clips

I'm just going to leave this right here... What I asked for vs what I got... my hair isn't the full length, but I wanted to get it started in that direction. I hope and pray I can get it fixed by someone who knows what they're doing. This cut requires a fade, not done...the back calls for scissors, not clippers...clippers to outline. It's not even CLOSE to what I asked for. I will now have to wear hats until I can get it rectified. I have been shaving my head for the past 10 years and haven't been able to let it grow until recently. I was super excited about this. My first actual haircut in a decade. I trusted the rave reviews. Now I'm gutted. I was hoping this haircut would boost my confidence. It has done the opposite. The lady was so nice who did this, but nice doesn't make her qual

Kimberly at this location did an amazing job on my son’s haircut. He cannot stand them. He is hearing impaired and has sensory issues and is only 3. She made today’s cut a breeze and he didn’t even realize he was getting it cut! She went above and beyond for my son and he will only get his hair cut by her in the future

Everytime I go to our Great Clips I've never seen anyone leave with a bad haircut. Since I've been going there for my trims/cuts, I've always asked for Jeffrey except for one time he wasn't there and someone else cut my hair. He's excellent and not putting anyone else down, because I see what great hairstyles everyone gives their customers, I always request him. Thanks to everyone for doing a great job....Darlene P.

I Always have a positive experience with great clips in Jacksboro . They all do a great job and that’s why I will continue to go back each time I’m due for a cut .
