Great Clips

Took my 3 kids in for a cut and only one of them got the cut we asked for. The one stylist who cut one of my daughters hair was shown a picture of the exact cut we wanted and she said the cut wouldn’t look like the picture unless we styled it and I told her I’m well aware of that and understand that. While cutting my daughter’s hair she decided she wasn’t going to cut her hair the way we asked and just gave her a trim instead. She told my daughter she didn’t think it was a good idea. How absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I didn’t even notice until after we walked out as I was busy paying at the counter. My other daughter asked for a very simple cut and she didn’t get what she wanted either. My son was the only one that received the cut we asked for. You should train your stylist to

My son has a disability and they treat him less than human. They have zero patience and he leaves with less than acceptable haircuts. Chunks missing, uneven, too long etc. His haircut yesterday was an awful experience. She was rude and condescending. I had to tell her that he deserved a quality haircut just like everybody else and she was still rude and condescending. She was huffing and puffing the whole time. His haircut looked like it was done at home. If I wanted it to look like a home haircut, I would have done it at home. I purposely brought my child in there when there were no other customers, she still tried to rush through it. The assistant manager I just spoke with was less than helpful and didn't seem to care. Never again Bad Clips, never again.

I knew that I was going to out of sight from anyone who knew me. So I put off getting my hair cut for almost 3 weeks. I really needed one when I went in recently and came out looking presentable again. Good job.

The teams of stylists at Ionia Great Clips are all wonderful!! Friendly, fun and very professional!
