Great Clips

Wasn't sure about this spot as I normally go to a barber. But Roberta did such a fantastic job on my haircut and got me wedding-ready with no problem. One of the best cuts I've had! Wish I lived closer so I could make this my regular spot. Roberta rocks!

I have been going here for a few months. I've had a couple minor issues, but got over them. My last haircut with Mackenzie was awful. She took me on, did my haircut. She knew ahead of time I wanted it washed and passed me off to another stylist, to wash my hair. That person washed my hair towel dried it, and then I was on my way. No blow dry, she didn't have me sitting back in the chair to style or nothing. Mackenzie moved my belongings I had on her counter to another spot. It's very poor service and discouraged plus I left the seven dollar tip, which I should have left nothing. I don't like being passed off to somebody else. But that it was very poor judgment and poor service. She should have continued with my haircut / shampoo. She shouldn't passed me off. Yes, if you're busy great, but

Great experience! I checked in online so there was no wait at all. They had taken notes during a prior visit so I didn't even have to tell them what I wanted. Donna was friendly and did a great job. In and out in just 12 minutes or so. Perfect!
