This place is a joke. Two times now I’ve come here and was cut bald. It was supposed to be a fade and I told him to do a fade, but he cut me high and tight and now I look like I’m in the military. The incompetence is embarrassing, and I would say far far away from this location. It’s a shame I even have to pay for that.
I walked into the shop the other day and was told it would be a short wait after watching for the people walk in and get set down to get their haircut I walked out so now I've been trying to do the online check-in and spent 45 minutes trying to navigate this site it was just a very very weird setup and I never was able to register
Been coming here for some time. My hair grows fast so I'm there once every two weeks. Come in today, checked in online. Sam I believe her name was cut my hair at 11:10am ish did a fantastic job. Very personable and styled my hair in a timely manner!
Booked on line, I showed up, and went to check in, my name was on the screen, but they didn’t have me in the computer. I had been there 75 times plus, but still no info about me. Stood there for 5 minutes while 2 people tried to figure it out. I finally turned around and walked out. I guess I forgot how bad it is there.
