I’ll start with saying I’ve been coming to this location for years and this isn’t a criticism towards everyone, this is only towards Suzanne. I checked my 18m old in online to get her bangs cut. The app said 0 minutes left and we went inside. We were the only ones there, other than another stylist who was cutting a woman’s hair. We then waited 25ish minutes for Suzanne to finally come out. (I was reluctant to even put this, because I actually don’t know if its a fault of the application or the stylist, as they should obviously be allowed to take breaks and I don’t know if the app accounts for that) When she finally came out and took us, she was not personable at all. Still waiting, checked in online a half hour before I showed up. There were 2 people ahead of me and 2 stylists, I've been sitting here for over 45 minutes while these people bullshit and smalltalk about nothing instead of actually cutting hair. I can't believe how much time they are waisting. Not just mine, but the other 5 people waiting. It should not take an hour just to cut one person's hair while people are waiting. Do not come here.

I never make reviews in fact this is my first ever review this is how bad it is. Went there to try to get a fade on the sides while trying to keep it long up to to do a middle part… I got a military high cut and can’t even go back on my hair for the middle part don’t recommend going here

My son got a very nice haircut from Suzanne at Great Clips in the Country Corners Shopping Center. She knew it was for his sister’s wedding and she took the time to give him some helpful tips and to show him how to style it nicely. We appreciate her and we will return!

Getting on the wait list by using the GC app is easy. The estimated wait time has been consistently accurate. The senior rate is appreciated. Having my haircut specifications in the database ensures that I get the cut I want. The stylists are always friendly. Always a good experience.
