Great Clips

I had a haircut in this location with one of the ladies who kind of OK with cutting my hair After she finished, I went to check out and I told her that I have a coupon and she said they don’t take no coupon ,like they are different department of great clips and she said specially wouldn’t take the $9.99 coupon If you guys didn’t take the coupons,you should tell the customers that before they have there haircut and why great clips issue the coupons in the first place that’s if this location didn’t take it This is ridiculous , selfish and stupidity I hope great clips know about this and respond with a good answer

I was on vacation about ready to go on my cruise in just a couple of hours when I felt that I needed to get my haircut. Im always nervous about someone new cutting my hair, especially right before a big trip. I almost didnt book an appointment, but decided to book my appointment at Great Clips in Hollywood, FL on Sheridan St. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mariana. She was super friendly and got me in immediately. I explained to her my situation and told her that im usually picky and was nervous about getting my haircut by someone new. She told me that she would take good care of me and that it was my lucky day. Not only did Mariana act as a professional, but she made me feel at home by talking to me the whole time. The stylist Shanda was very good and she gets 5 stars. Unfortunately the location would not honor a 9.99 coupon. I am retired on a fixed income and I can use every help I can get.

I’ve been coming here for at least a decade. The turnover is high, but the girls who do stay are amazing. I really appreciate the good work. The only issue I have is for the last decade every summer. The air conditioning seems to break down for a couple weeks I wish the owners would actually invest the money to buy a new AC that would always help Because it’s embarrassing it at this point. But other than that if you can stand the heat come to this amazing place. You’re gonna get a great haircut at a great price. If you can’t stand the heat then get out of the kitchen.
