I've been going to Great Clips for a long time. Sometimes you get a stylist that doesn't quite get what you're looking for. No big deal you just ask for another one next time. I know that we all have bad days, I've had my share. Unfortunately we have to work to support ourselves and our families even when we are not well or going through something. I take that into consideration but yesterday I went to the Great Clips in Hinesville. They were short staffed and very busy. My stylist was down right angry at the world. My cut is horrible but it will grow back and will be alright. But I was very uncomfortable the entire time that she was doing my hair. I hope that whatever is affecting her that it gets better for her.

After doing a little research on hair donations we decided to get my daughters haircut. Took her in today, yes we had 2 hours to wait, but the ladies in were amazing! Very friendly atmosphere. We cut 14 inches off to donate! It was a wonderful experience for my daughter! The smile still hasn't left her face! Thank you for doing an amazing job! I just wish I had gotten your name!

Hello, disabled veteran here who is originally from Hinesville, GA. I grew up here. My first duty station was here. Are there rude people here in Hinesville? Absolutely! There are also really nice people here too. But I have never experienced rude behavior from hair stylists before and certainly not in my home town. Unfortunately that is what happened here when I went to this Great Clips today. When my mother and I walked into Great Clips, we were greeted by one of the hair stylists who I didn't catch their name. (Susan? I think. Apologies if this is not their name) I was told it would be about an hour wait time to get my hair cut. I was ok with this. So, I checked in and the wait began. Asked for a fade. It looks bad . I told my hubby I don’t like it and the lady said “what would you like me to do, it’s clearly a fade”. I don’t appreciate the sassy “kindness”. If the work looks bad, then just admit to it and ask your counterpart to fix your mess up. He walked out looking a hot mess and she couldn’t even admit to it or give an actual apology bc “it’s clearly a fade” according to her. Tell me this doesn’t look like crap . I’ll wait.
