Great Clips

Generally I like this great clips however today was very disappointing I drove from another great clip in Zanesville to this one in Heath. It wouldn’t let me check in online and the person at the checkout was very rude. Informed me it wouldn’t let me check in online because they are busy and closing soon. It would have been helpful to know that online. Instead I wasted an hour trying to sign in online and trying to get a hair cut, ugh what ever happened to professionalism and being courteous to potential clients🤷🏼‍♀️

I flew from Monterey California to get my hair cut by Rob. I've been going to him for years. Not only is he excellent at his craft but he is an amazing conversationalist and generally a good person. He is known for his collection of Legos and hilarious jokes. As always Thanks Rob for the Cut!

Rob was amazing. He took the first few minutes to talk through with my 11 year old what kind of cut he likes and wants. He did exactly what my son asked for. He was super thorough, extremely nice and patient. My son said, “he had a great talent and I want to come back to see Rob”. Overall, a great experience and we will be back!!

Went in for a simple cut and texture on top with a fade on the sides, not only did she cut the top about 2 inches shorter than i had asked, but the fade was awful and misaligned across the board, so be warned going in asking for a fade from Angie because it probably won’t be what you expect. Everyone else has been fine though.

Hanna was awesome and I would like to use her again on my next visit on March 17th, 2026.
