Great place for a basic trim at a decent price.
Very disappointed in my (senior guy) first haircut at Great Clips. It was chopped irregularly on the sides, & some clumps left on top. Take more time & do it right.
Needing a haircut after running errands all day I stopped by Great Clips. Awesome! Alex was with another client when I walked in to the shop. I asked if they accepted walk-ins? Alex said she could help me out with a 10-15 minute wait. Excellent haircut and conversation. My new 'barbershop'. Very good!
I have been going here off and on, and there is one stylist that is good, but more important, she is consistent when giving cuts. Well, there is another and I won’t say her name because I’m not trying to put her on blast, but she screwed up my haircut, it was uneven and I noticed she had a hard time focusing or using a steady hand. I figured I would give it another try (maybe she was having a difficult day?) but when I brought my 5 year old in, guess what??? He ended up with her and she “BUTCHERED” his hair ! And didn’t offer money back but even had enough nerve to say “he was moving too much “???? Well, you shouldn’t be cutting ANY child’s hair if that’s your only reason? Of course they move around …. They are children! I’m not going back there ever. Rude behavior, but what’s worse is bad
