Did online appointment. Walk in one customer getting a haircut. All the stylist were standing in a great. They look at me and give a big huff. After a few minutes one walks over mumbling under her breath and asks my name... she then says it will be a few minutes. My name was on the top of the list. A little bit later someone finally calls me bk. I felt like she got the short straw. No one was friendly they acted like the customer was bothering them. I had gotten a coupon for a $6.99 haircut in the mail yesterday. They didn't want to take it because it only had an expiration date and not a start date. One finally said take that one but no more. Long time customer over 4 yrs. The gentleman before me received his haircut in less than 8 minutes. I thought, hmmm, this is good, I was incorrect, the hairdresser that was finished decided to clean up her station, then walk out of sight, as more customers were entering. Since she had no regard for taking the next person, I decided I would no longer wait for her, and I told the other hairdresser that I no longer need to be ignored. I have never seen a slower shop, being made worse by the employees . THIS from a 25 yr hairdresser. It was shameful how this shop evolved in the last 4 yrs, I have always had UNKNOWN operators at this shop,,,and now it is very apparent WHY. Close this shop and find better help. You should offer a rewards program where customers can sign up to receive a rewards card that is scanned at each visit. Then, customers can get, for instance, a free shampoo or shave every fifth visit and a free haircut every tenth. Perks like these, along with coupons and deals, are what bring customers back and can allow your company to make more profits. A lot of companies do this. Otherwise, there really is no reason to support you. I now have my dad cut my hair for me at home. It's free and it saves me a good $250 or more annually.

I reserved a kids cut online at 1:30 or 2pm. I walked into the Outer Banks Kitty Hawk location to see a sign on the door that they were closing at 4pm and sorry. I asked how long of a wait for a kids cut? The lady responded, it will be 2hours, I said ok, thank you. I just recieved a text at 4:45pm that his appointment was ready. So confused as I thought they were closing at 4pm. Why send a text?? I will be going to our local barber. I thought I would try this place......not again!!!!

Kalee @ the Lockport, Illinois did a crappy haircut on my husband. She was very quick and said okay your done - never asked him if it was good and she never combed his hair, just left it hanging. I could barely even tell that he got a haircut! He also had a coupon and she said we can’t take the coupon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!
