I came in around 3:30 PM on a Monday to get my haircut. I specifcally showed Diane how I wanted my haircut to look like. She didn't understand and starting cutting. She ruined my hair. She needs to be trained better or fired. The other employee (I don't know her name) understood my fustration and fixed my hair nicely and her professionalism was good. She said she was going to write a note for the manager. I don't think this happened because the manager never called me.

I'm a 70 y/o senior female with some thinning hair in one spot and crazy waves in other places. The hairdresser was able to conceal the thinning area and find ways to make my waves look good! Thank you

Love going to Michelle R at the Hazlet New Jersey store. I don’t live in the area anymore but I still travel over a half hour to have her cut my hair. Recently, she had a change in her schedule and she took the time to call me and let me know that I could come in earlier than my original scheduled appointment day, which worked out much better for me. That is one of the reasons I don’t mind traveling over a half hour to get my haircut by Michelle R.!! 😊
