Great Clips

First and last time using this salon. Absolutely terrible experience. Unfriendly service. Stylist did not introduce herself, did a hack job on my daughters hair. When my 4 year old was getting his hair cut, he kept saying oww and was in pain. Stylist was harsh and told me I needed to come and hold his head still. She was cutting into his skin! When I saw what she was doing, and blamed him for what she did, I told her she's done, and we left mid service. No care at all for clients, terrible.

My person Kristy did so well on my haircut. She did exactly what I said and added a few touch-ups to my hair. Everyone is very nice and better than sports clips.

Asked for a bit of layering and a trim for my bob. Got a bunch of chunks with no blending at all and looks worse than it did! Thought it looked fine there so I tipped, but kinda wish I didn't. They seem to do great mens cuts, but not so great for ladies. Staff was very kind and it was clean and all, just not super skilled.

I have an undercut and my stylist Pepper was amazing. Then my son decided he wanted a hair cut. And then Meosha cut my son’s hair and she was the first one who has cut his hair in 4 years. Super great with kids. I will 110% be back.

Absolute worst hair cut I ever had, and I'm 46. Chop job, rude stylist, did not even use a mirror to show me the back. Probably a good thing.. stay away from this location it's horrid all the way around. I'd leave zero stars if possible . Can't wait till my hair grows out.
