Great Clips

I visited Great Clips after reading their reviews. I had recently gotten all my hair cut off and needed a shape up and a hair trim. I was nervous and verbalized that along with my specific needs. Nicole was welcoming, pleasant and listened to me. I left satisfied and smiling. My spose said " she did a great job". Thank you Nicole, " I will be back".

My hair was hacked, thinned, and botched and all I asked for was my bangs trimmed. There are very few things I am vein about but, my beautiful natural ginger hair is high on my list of vanities. I had gone with my dad to get his hair cut and thought while he's getting his done I should get my bangs trimmed. I was sat down in a chair and told the stylist how I like how my hair length and layers ( I had styled it earlier that day with pretty curls and lots of hairspray bc my normal hair is wavy) but wanted my bangs trimmed and showed her 2 photo's of JUST bangs done in a certain style. I asked if she would like me to keep the photo's up and she said she had it locked in her head. She started talking about medium length and long layers and I said I had my hair done 1 month ago, so just bangs

The Great Clips franchise I had been going to for the past 7 years closed sometime in the past 30 days. None of the stylists at that location are working at this franchise that is only a few miles away. I'll have to wait to see how my hair grows out over the next four weeks to know for sure if they did a good job or not. The location is clean and updated. They had a relatively short wait time on the online check in, and they were busy, so hopefully that's a good indication that they do good work.

Every time I walk into this salon the staff is so welcoming and kind! The haircut remains consistent and since my clip notes are in the system I get a great haircut by any stylist! 10/10 recommend

My toddler has always felt safe and happy getting his haircuts at the Great Clips Caldwell location, but our yesterday's(2/7) visit was upsetting. The stylist (second from the last on the left) gave him a poor-quality haircut, but what bothered me most was how my child was treated. When he giggled nervously while she used the clippers, she didn’t offer reassurance or even acknowledge him. Her attitude felt cold and dismissive, which is hard for any child, let alone a toddler who’s trying his best to sit still. What really hurt was the moment after the haircut. Kids at this location are usually offered a small toy — it’s something my son looks forward to every time. She handed one to the previous customer’s child but didn’t offer anything to my toddler.
