Like anybody else, it’s nerve wracking to get a haircut at a new or different location than your usual, however, Ebony was very welcoming, kind, and had me leaving with a haircut that’ll make my wife buy me another Christmas gift. Beyond happy with the visit, when I’m in town I’d like to go back to her.

No. Just no. I knew better but all my favorite salons were booked up for weeks. I was overwhelmed with my hair length and wanted 6 inches off immediately. I figured it wouldn’t be bad… boy was I wrong. TLDR: Half of a haircut, butchered hair, and couldn’t trim my bangs or frame my face due to injury she did not inform me of prior. Was told to rebook with her coworker… so I must pay twice!?! I checked in and upon arrival the hair stylist asked me if I wanted layers. I informed her that I was unsure. I go back and forth between layers and blunt hair cuts and would like to make that decision after I see my hair with 6 inches cut off. She directed me to her chair and began my haircut. Excellent haircut. I had specific requirements and they were met. In addition, I really like the ability to sign in and determine the wait time.

Showed my stylist a picture and he barely looked at it. He then gave a cut that looked nothing like what I asked for, didn't asked it I liked it, didn't offer to show me the back in the mirror like they usually do, and just walked to the register for me to pay. Awful experience and this is my normal place to go. Won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend unless you're military and want to pay more for a haircut than you do on base.

My fiancé took his son to get his hair fixed after it was done poorly at another place over the weekend when he was with his bio mother. He had a design shaved into the side of his head which he did not like and asked us to take him to get it fixed. The staff questioned my fiancé’s parenting decisions to have his hair cut to minimize the design’s appearance. Do NOT take your kids there as the women working there think it is their place to inappropriately question a parent’s decision in front of the child. I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism displayed.
