Great Clips

Took my 7 year old son this morning, the person who cut his hair.. should not be cutting hair. When he climbed out of the chair, I asked her to blend the sides better.. she told me that she already did and it is bad lighting in the salon making it look that way. I still paid and gave a tip, but won't be going back there. Ridiculous.

Chrissy, my stylist, did an outstanding job with my haircut — she was attentive, friendly, and really took the time to make sure everything came out just right. The pricing was fair, the service was quick without feeling rushed, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the professionalism and the positive energy Chrissy brought to the appointment. She truly made the experience enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be returning because of her. My appointment at the salon I usually go to get my hair cut and colored wasn’t scheduled until October 6th, but I was in desperate need of a haircut last week. I’ve always gone to bougie salons throughout my lifetime and was very nervous to go to Great Clips. Kim, the Manager was the stylist to cut my hair. She asked me if I wanted her to even sides out, I was shocked! For years, I have pointed out to every stylist that I have gone to that one side of my hair grows faster than the other, and please cut it evenly, but it never happens. Every time I go I get the best haircuts I only have Karen or Jenny they know my hair that it is very thick and I need tons of texturizing Will not allow anyone to cut my hair except Karen , Jenny & Mona ,Mona is at another site Your blessed to have such caring hard working & dedicated girls running your salons they are the best been going for many years

This place has done better before but this last Friday, the woman that cut well not cut but completely messed up my son’s hair ( we had family pictures that weekend that I had to cancel) the lady that cut my son’s hair was passive aggressive towards my kids and was watching them like a hawk, she told them to sit down on the chairs on a very rude way after they tried coming with me to get my toddler a haircut they had done nothing wrong other than wanting to be next to their mom!! And completely ignored my haircut request and did what she thought it was a haircut; but my 6 year old could have done it better! I’ve reached out to the 1800 number and still no response from owner, I believe the lady that made our experience bad was Kim? I’m not sure but at least that’s what the receipt said.
