Great Clips

I ask for a half inch off the top (my hair before the cut was below my eyebrows) and they cut all my hair off, it looks like I’m a few inches away from a buzz cut. Its very choppy in multiple different places, super uneven and the “blending” going to the top of my hair isnt blended at all. when i went to ask for a refund the lady was getting smart, making me repeat things over and over as if she didnt hear me just to waste my time while giving me attitude when explaining nicely i was not satisfied with my hair cut. Edit: Corporate called me and ended up banning me from the store location and said the haircut was not bad. I think Great Clips in general is just a bad place to go, any other place is better to go to.

Got my daughter’s hair cut here yesterday and noticed that they botched her cut. Long pieces, layers missing, choppy, overall terrible cut. Went in for a refund to bring my daughter to a different salon to fix and they refused. Asked for phone number for the store manager and they refused. Also refused to provide corporate phone number. Would not recommend at all. UPDATE: As you can see, they sent an email address to reach out to. I did this and got no response.

I just came from church and went as a walk-in customer with a coupon for a hair cut. The stylist, Renee, took some information from me and gave me a beautiful cut. I highly recommend the Great Clips next to the Martin's in Halfway. It was the first time at this location, which is close to where I live. Renee was very friendly and professional toward me. I'm sure I'll return for another hair cut when needed.

I have been going to Great Clips for more than a year. Mandie is outstanding. Hair even looks good after a month. And you can't beat the price.

Had great experience at Great Clips, Spark Dr Hagerstown, MD, Amber hairdresser. She was very professional, and offered her expertise in how to cut my hair. I love it, and so apologize for low tip, will make up next time. Been so very nervous with haircuts as have had so many bad experiences.
