Great Clips

I have a great clips that is closer to me (Audubon) that I used to frequent every two weeks for a long time until the quality suffered greatly. I hate having to criticize someone's work! I started to come to this location in Westmont and was pleased with their service for some time but after today - I'll take my business elsewhere. I had to come home and shave my head myself. I am beyond upset - I really wanted to keep coming here. UPDATE: I recently changed my 2 stars to 4 stars. After getting a phone call from the manager, I felt like I could give them another chance. I returned after several weeks and got a haircut that was much better. Thank you.

Got my haircut here a couple weeks ago. Purchased a Great Clips product called fiber gum. Didn’t get to use it right away because I still had some left in my other bottle. When I did open the second bottle. I noticed it was dried out. Took it back to great clips and was told I didn’t have a receipt so they couldn’t help me. Purchased another bottle and after a few uses noticed it was dried out also. Took it back with the receipt and when I walked in the person cutting hair immediately said, we can’t help you without a manager here. Great customer service. I don’t want any money back, just a good product for what I paid. Very sad the way it was handled. I left the product at the register. Maybe they can sell it someone else. Couldn’t access my $5 off coupon! I am 70 years old and not very tech savvy. I located it later that day with assistance from one of my children. I was able to present the email that said I had the coupon in my app but just couldn’t locate it when I needed it. No one from the store was able to help me find it in my smart phone. I patronize the Westmont, NJ store all the time and I am not blaming them. For the next following 3 days, I got an email from your headquarters reminding me to use my coupon which was just salt in the wound. Maybe you can make it easier to find the coupon on the app for quick access - and extend my coupon thru 12/31/25 so I can use it at my next haircut. The stylist seemed very experienced but cut my hair much shorter than I wanted. We agreed to cutting only 2 inches off but she cut it at least 4 inches off or more to just below my ears.
