Great Clips

I like Great Clips and this location but the system is broken. I logged in, saw a 42 minute wait, I am 30 minutes away so it was good timing for me to be there a bit early. I was number 7 on the list. After driving 30 minutes, the app still showed a 40 minute wait but I was 9th on the list. I asked what happened and the lady responded ‘we are busy on Saturday and many people were trying to get in’. I went for lunch, another 20 minutes and came back to see I am still 5th on the list. I decided to bail at 60 minutes on an original 40 minute wait.

On December 28, we arrived well before closing and requested a simple shampoo and trim for my four-year-old daughter. We were not greeted and were immediately asked if we had checked in online, despite walk-ins being advertised. The stylist with blonde hair refused service, stating that shampoo services were not offered late in the day. At the same time, another child was receiving a wet service. I later texted with the manager, Melody, who confirmed in writing that this is not a policy and that no such rule exists. Despite this confirmation, no resolution was offered. I was only told to return on a different day with a different stylist and pay for the service, after being wrongly refused during posted business hours. Haven't Been To Great Clips In Yearrrsss...I decided to relax my hair and get it cut in a matter of time....SARAH did a phenomenal job with my Pixie Cut! I Love To See Young People Striving...This Young Lady Will Go Far! VERY PROFESSIONAL GREETED ME WITH PEACE...COMMUNICATION SKILL ON POINT...SHE EVEN MADE ME AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE...She Went Beyond Clipping Great...I Can Tell She Was Nervous At First SO WAS I....But She Conquered! GREAT JOB SARAH!!!! I LOVE IT!!!

Always have a good experience at great Clips. Always have crystal cut my hair. Does a great job, is personable and always wants to know how I and the family are doing.

Waited 2 hours for stylist who then went to lunch. Finally a young man ended up cutting some of my hair then he asked another stylist to assist him. After she finished assisting him I found my hair uneven as well as chopped up. I do not recommend this location. I am very dissatisfied and will not return.
