Great Clips

This is the most reasonable place to go to get a cut and color plus no appointment needed. All of the stylists are highly talented plus very nice to interact with. I notice how all the stylists often go out of their way to cater to the very young or the elderly or people who need just a little extra attention. Very pleasant atmosphere! Plus they speak Spanish and Albanian besides English. This find on Greenfield Ave in West Allis is great!

Jerah was so kind to me and helped me today, she was funny and very personable. I love my haircut and think I look my best. I'd definitely come back to her!

The normal person that I usually work with wasn't there. Showed the picture of what I wanted to the person who was there today. She started cutting my hair. Asked me if I wanted my sideburns on after she already cut them. I said well, I showed you the picture. That's exactly what I wanted. She said oh she didn't remember what the picture was... and continued to do my hair. Haircut is nothing what I wanted. I guess I need to find somewhere that listens to what I want or find a permanent hair stylist somewhere else. It's going to take months to grow back what was taken off. Updated: I reached out to customer service as requested and never heard back from anyone after an initial email said the store would reach out.

Got my hair cut today and 3 years ago. I donated it both times to Wigs for Kids. Great Clips offers a free haircut for anyone donating their hair. This is the 4th time I have donated my hair. When I am ready to donate it again I will be going back to Great Clips. Great people, great service!

The young lady that cut my hair did a wonderful job. Continued to ask me if she cut enough off. She was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk with. Please make sure she gets my comments.
