Great Clips

We’ve been going to this salon recently because it’s convenient to not have to have an appointment. We were happy with cuts until today. The woman who has cut our hair every-time, until today, Jessie, is fantastic. I regret so much not just leaving when I saw Jessie was busy, and the older woman with long gray hair could “squeeze us in”. She was muttering comments under her breath, grabbing my 7 year old son’s head forcibily repeatedly, and did a rather horrible haircut on him. Regretting even stepping foot in there today, and feeling like after reading all of these reviews I’m honestly shocked this woman has a job where she can be anywhere near children. Jessie is great- however we won’t be back. Called and highly doubt I’ll get a response.

Very bad haircut for what is usually a simple, quick haircut. Haircut is uneven and portions of hair were completely shaved off that shouldn't have been. When asked to fix one thing for the haircut, she insisted it was fine and wouldn't change it. Hairdresser was also unprofessional and making rude comments under her breath about the other staff. Other times I've gone to this location have been fine and some of the staff have been exceptionally nice.

I popped in for a quick tidy-up haircut on my way from Boston to Mount Snow. At 2:21PM there was zero wait Christin gave me a great haircut. Beyond that, she was funny and interesting to talk to. If I were the kind of person who liked monthly haircuts and if I lived in Greenfield I'd be a regular there. I enjoyed my visit and I'm pretty sure you will too.

I don't know her name, but the lady was very kind. I'm not from the area and came by late after a day of skiing. It was a very friendly interaction and a quick, good cut.

I got a really bad haircut at a local “fancy” salon in downtown Greenfield. My bangs were completely uneven and weird looking; I was really upset. Luckily, a stylist at Great Clips was able to seat me right away the next day, and he fixed my hair up as best as he could given how short everything now was to work with. I was really happy with the result. There wasn’t much left to work with at that point, so I appreciated that the stylist at Great Clips at least made my haircut look less haphazard and ridiculous.
