Great Clips

I went into Great Clips this evening to get a haircut for my client. I explained to the hair stylist Nicole that we had a bad experience with another stylist at a different great clips. I even explained to her what the experience was. One minute into the cut she had done the exact same thing. Any stylist should know that your hairline does not start in the middle of your ear. This is so disappointing. This review does not deserve a one star but I had to choose something to leave the review.

I got a newer stylist who didn’t do a bad job EXCEPT I specifically asked to NOT cut my hair too much on where it is framed around my face because I was trying to grow it out ling enough to tuck behind my ears. I came home with not only half as long as it was, but now the hair is right in my face and I have to use barrettes to keep it out of my face. I will NEVER trust that person again to cut my hair. I have only 2 things I ask when I go in for a trim…. I ask to keep my hair long enough to keep my neck completely covered and don’t cut my hair so short around my face that I cannot tuck it behind my ears.

I went in for a haircut after checking in with their app. Once I got there, I was immediately taken to the chair. The lady giving the service was very kind, thoroughl, and quick. It was a very pleasant experience. Nice haircut. I used the $9.99 haircut coupon that I found online.

I really enjoyed getting my hair done here. I had heard some bad things about this place from other people. But it was open and I was over it. So I took my chances. Now I am glad I did. The manager there,(her name is Brittany), cut my hair exactly as I had asked. We had great conversation during my entire visit. She seemed to really know her stuff. And she was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair cut.

Checked in online, got waited on immediately, had the way I get my hair cut saved, used a $9.99 coupon from CFP commercials and left. Very efficient
