I spoke to Michele about my football coupon $9.99. Upon my arrival she signed me up for a future deal. I showed Katerine a picture of a cut. She was very skillful and fast. Also, took pride in her work. Very detailed and also trimmed my eyebrow. Thank you Katerine, my wife loves my new haircut.

Just got a quick trim and layers by Katerine, she did amazing. I’m sold on her and this location and it will be my go to spot and stylist from now on. Was a deal for $19, checked in online and no wait. Thankyou Kat! :)

I had gotten a coupon for a haircut for $7.99 (I believe). It was not the closest store to me, but I was going to be in the area that day. I saved $10 on that haircut. That's a deal! I was very pleased by the staff and service. Great Clips has coupons all the time, and do a good job.

This was not a good haircut. See pic. Very simple fade, too. I got home a just combed through it and saw this. Looks like a prank but this was the haircut. Fave the lady a $5 tip on an $18 cut, too

My wife Maria tried Great Clips in Riverbridge Center in Greenacres, FL today for the 1st time. The stylist, Fiol, completely ignored her directions, just about shaved the sides of her head and left a mass of hair on top such that the shape of the 'finished' cut resembled a mushroom. She cut the hair so quickly that Maria didn't have time to stop Fiol before it was too late. She told Fiol that it was too short and then Fiol insisted it was 'beautiful'. Perhaps it was a communications problem as my wife said that Fiol's English was difficult to understand. Fiol wanted to speak Spanish but my wife is Brazilian and doesn't speak Spanish. My wife then went across the street to Cool Cuts that she had previously went to and they did what they could to fix Fiol's cut. I have used Great Clips tw
