I walked in with pictures of how I wanted my haircut. She looked once and said she didnt need the pics anymore. also told her that my hair was very straight. I asked that she make sure my hair was cut no shorter than 3" and then she proceeded to butcher my hair, using a dull razor that pulled at my hair repeatedly. The cut was nothing like what I requested, uneven on the sides, bangs totally uneven, no blending. Its so short my scalp shows thru in spots and the back colic refuses to lay down because its too short. She then put product in my hair and tried to create volume using a hair dryer on low and a comb. Next was some waxy stuff on the too short places to plaster them down. I will never return.

Caissim did my son’s Owen hair and he wanted to leave a review. She was gentle and kind. She asked questions to know what he wanted. She did a good job.

I've been looking for a hairdresser, so I gave this salon a try. My husband got a haircut + beard trim here, and I got shampoo and haircut. He's OK with his haircut, but mine is a different story. I asked for simple bob with some layers, that turned out too wonky, left and right off balanced, some layers got too short, and separation looked way, way too visible -- it's embarrasing. The worst hair cut I've ever had. Will never come back there again.

The wait is crazy! And then people bail out and you get bumped up 20 min...I dislike that system but it's corporate. Braydens haircut looks nice though! I forgot her name already but she was fast and friendly which is perfect with a 13m old.

Melissa was my stylist. She did a great job. I have natural curly hair and she knew how to cut it. Great conversation and so nice! Thanks fir the great experience!
