Crappy rush jobs on both of my sons—they had each of them in the chair for ~5min before pushing them out to us and taking the next customer. They clearly overbooked, and rushed as a result. Next time I’ll give them lousy haircuts at home and save $50.

Hair cut was ok but piece of advice - don’t call people honey, baby and sweetie- especially when their wife is standing there. We will not come back- my husband was embarrassed by this behavior.

I initially had a disappointing experience at Great Clips in Graham. I asked for side-swept bangs and a layered haircut, but the stylist barely did anything except cut a small section at the center back of my head. Within five minutes, she said she was done. When I asked about the layers, she vaguely mentioned that they “start from the back,” but there were no proper face-framing layers in the front, and the bangs were not done correctly. I had to consider going elsewhere to fix it, which was frustrating. However, the manager, Stacy, reached out to me personally and invited me back to the salon to fix my hair. Husband went in for a cut, with our form ready to send in the cut hair as a donation to children with hair loss. The lady ARGUED with him that it wouldn't be 'long enough', even though it only needs to be 8", and was at least 13" from his scalp. I measured before he left the house. As you can see from the photo- plenty long. Despite having the wiggle room she ended up giving him a buzz cut- not at all what he wanted, but whatever, hair grows back. The real kicker is she charged him $20 for the donation cut, even though I know for a fact they don't have to charge when it's being donated. I know because I got a cut at the same place, to donate just the same, 6 months ago. And wasn't charged a dime- as it should be. Greedy, argumentative, and no skill.
