Great Clips

The Great Clips in Grafton WI at Schmidt’s Pavilion is the best one around. I’ve been going there for over 8 years now and would never consider going anywhere else. I always choose Donna because of her professionalism and outstanding personality! I’m so glad I came to this Great Clips when I did and found Donna, she is the best!

Donna is the best. Highly recommend all of the stylists. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I drive an hour out of my way just to go to this salon.

Tried to take my son for a haircut at 4:52, was turned away because they close at 5. My son is 10, and doesn't have a lot of hair. I called prior and they said they take walk-ins until 5. That is a lie and a joke! Incredibly rude, when the store was empty and they clearly could have taken us, but instead they turn away a mother and her son before they were even closed. After we left they turned off their open sign at 4:56, which is not even 5pm. I will never go there or recommend them. Rude and not customer focused at all.

Needed a hair cut and reshaping badly. The woman who cut ny hair was nice and polite she held the mirror behind me couldn't really see to well. When I got home I needed to put my hair in a ponytail. Glad I did! My hair looked horrible!! Was uneven around my face and uneven in the back. Tried to call but they don't answer the phone. Drove back showed the very nice woman at the desk and she apologized. Told me that the originally did the cut to fix it. Was not comfortable with that. She offered to fix it. She fixed it but my hair still looks off, she was really nice and and happy she even it out. The original stylist saw me and didn't apologize or even off to refund the tip I gave her. Very frustrating because I am pretty new to Grafton and now I have no clue where I can get a good haircu

Kami, Absolutely shocking. Attitude, incompetence. Do not ever get your hair cut here with her. Ruined my 5 year old hair. She is a joke.
